Are my sentences correct? Could you please tell me where I need to use "Worse" and where I need to use "Worst" or "Worsen"? I am very confused.

"My Institute is worse" can be correct depending on what came before. Example:

Bob: My Institute is bad.
Sally: My Institute is worse.

(What you mean by "Institute" there is beyond me.)

1, 3, and 4 are OK. Number 2 uses an incorrect word and is missing an article. It also repeats a noun, something you should avoid. Fix the two errors and post that sentence for review. Then, try to write a revised version that doesn't repeat the noun.

Also, we might say something has worsened if it was bad to begin with. For example, if a person has pneumonia and his condition worsens that person is in bad shape.

Sorry, I forgot to answer your question. By institute I mean a commercial place where you take classes in regard to a particular subject or thing like Maths, science, personal trainer. Like an NIIT institute.
