"It's worth to spend time with kids even it's tired."

Is the above sentence correct?

No, it isn't. What does the second it's refer to?

Perhaps you want to say, It's worth spending time with kids even if it's tiring.

Or perhaps "It's worth spending time with kids even if you're/they're tired".
