1.Would it be possible if I sit next to the door? It is much cooler there
2.Is it possible if I sit next to the door? It is much cooler there.

Your sentences are not good.

You can say...
Would it be possible for me to sit next to the door?
Is it possible for me to sit next to the door?

The meaning of the above two sentences is the same.
