"I would want to go the beach this weekend"
Can I say so, meaning I would like to go to the beach this weekend?

No. You need to say 'I want to go to the beach. . . .'

"If you payed for gasoline then I would want to go to the beach this weekend"

And if I say like this will it be correct?

It's not a natural way to express it.

How would you express the meaning of the sentence above?

Could you advice me any book on stylistics of spoke English?
Cause I find that many sentences I make sound strange and odd.

Hello, Mr. Lucky:

I was wondering whether this (poor) dialogue of mine might be helpful:

Mona: You used to go to the beach every weekend.

Tony: I know.

Mona: But you have stopped going.

Tony: I know.

Mona: Why don't you want to go anymore?

Tony: Well, I would want to go to the beach if the police did something about all the bad people who have

been causing trouble on the beach recently!
