Hello.

Here are two sentences below.

All year rates 650 Baht/Night

rates are net, not include breakfast

What I would like to know is that .. when it says " rates are net " does this means " Specific rates includes everything "?

In other words, does this mean "Tax or other charges are all included in " 650 Baht per night ?

Suppose I make a reservation.. Do I have to pay 650Baht + @ ( Tax or extra charges) ?

I have been figuring out what it means but still it makes me confused..

I've never heard about the term "Net" used as adjective like this. so it confuses me a little bit more..

Thank you for the time, in advance.

It means that you pay 650 Baht- it includes any taxes.

It means that you pay 650 Baht- it includes any taxis.

Taxis?! Wow, that's a good deal. ;-)

Thank you so much Tdol.

Can I ask you a couple of questions more?

1. Does this sentence " net rates or net price " also have exactly the same meaning with " rates are net " ? and can be used interchangeably?

2. What would be the opposite sentence with " Rates are net " ?
Is it "
Rates are gross " ?

Thank you for your help
:-D
