My cousin spent a few months learning how to cook and he did make it. He wanted to go to Canada so he learned it. My maternal grandpa was going to celebrate his 95th birthday and my cousin was the person in charge of cooking all the dishes. It was the nanny who helped around the kicthen but this time it was my cousin.

That day, I went to my grandparents' house and saw my cousin was cooking, I was proud of him and happy, I said "Wow, wow, wow, future chef!"

Is it natural? If not, how can I express this idea?

The three "Wow"s indicate that you were very impressed by your cousin's cooking skills. The last two words are a short way of saying "In the future, I believe you will be a chef!"

I wanted to express that, I can see a future chef today or something similar. Could you please tell me how native speakers would express this idea? I said "Wow, wow, wow" because I was surprised to see him and also feeling proud. I said "future chef" to mean "I can see a future successful chef today is now cooking for us".

I wanted to express that no comma here I can see a future chef today or something similar.
The underlined part doesn't make sense.

I didn't get the idea you were saying "Wow!" because you were surprised to see him. I thought it was because you were impressed with what you could see him cooking.
I said "future chef" to mean "I can see that a future successful chef today is now cooking for us today".
Some native speakers would say "Future chef" or "Chef in the making". I'd probably be a bit more effusive because technically anyone could become a chef as their job. I might say "Future Michelin-starred chef" or "Future award-winning chef!"
