I know that this is not a difficult question for many people, but I am puzzled about it. I've made my own efforts but I am not sure for the right answer. here are:

What class are you in?
What grade are you in?
What form are you in?

Is any of them correct?

I think that grade is less used in the UK, so form in the question works better for me.
