I'm writing an exam and not sure if my question sounds natural in English.
"What features of birds does not everyone agree?"

Your thread title is not relevant to your question. A better title would have been "What features of birds does everyone not agree?" or something similar.

No. If you re-read post #4, you will see that I already told you that your title should be "What features of birds does everyone not agree?" The forum guidelines states that a thread title should include some or all of the words/phrases/sentences being queried.
