Either might be the right choice depending on context. We need context in order to tell you. Why do you want to use include?

And please don't SHOUT.

[STRIKE]SHALL[/STRIKE] Should I [STRIKE]SAY[/STRIKE] say no semi-colon here [STRIKE]THEY INCLUDES: OR THEY INCLUDE:[/STRIKE] "They includes" or "They include"?

Welcome to the forum. :hi:

Please note my corrections above. We do not write all words in capital letters.

What does your title have to do with it? Do you think we use one of them in written English and the other in spoken English? That's not right. Also, your title is not appropriate. Titles should include some or all of the words you're asking us about. A good title would have been "They includes" or "They include".

You need to write a complete sentence before we can answer.
