Yes, she has/does

When the sentence is affirmative what should be the answer "yes, she has" or "she does" in a sentence with "have"?
"She has a dog." Yes, she has. Yes, she does."
It's from a copy I have. I can privide the screenshot but I don't know the name of the book.

In this type of exercises what should be written "Yes, she does" or "Yes, she has," "No she hasn't" or "No, she doesn't [STRIKE]have[/STRIKE]"?

Some people will use auxiliary DO; others won't.
 
I wouldn't write any of those in that exercise. I would write either "True" or "False". They are the two options given at the start of the exercise.
