I talked to a person in an online chat group last night. The person used the same avatar like someone who I had met a year ago did. And they had almost the same voice. I thought they were the same person. Then I said to that person I was talking to “You and he has the same avatar”. Is this sentence natural?

No - it's ungrammatical for a start.

As usual, your preamble is too wordy and repetitive. You've also started sentences with 'And' and 'Then', which you have frequently been advised not to do.

See above. You need to practise your use of pronouns.

Or
He had the same avatar as yours.

Can you please tell me what's wrong with when we start sentences with *and* and *then*?

Please start a new thread of your own for this question, @Tait-ka.
