If someone commented on a post with something wrong and I want to tell him that all of what he wrote is wrong so can I say : You haven't even written any thing right or should I use past simple ?

The past simple or, in some cases, the present perfect are both possible. You might write "Everything you wrote is wrong!" Or, if you're referring to an ongoing discussion, you could say "Everything you've written in your last four posts was incorrect."

You could also use the simple present: "Everything you write in this post is wrong."
