Are all of these grammatically correct?
 
The first and third (which are practically the same) sound regular to me. The second is colloquial and is probably not used everywhere.

Number 2 is pretty common in the American south. Personally I'd consider it substandard and suspect anybody who used it of being ill-educated, but people who live down there may be more tolerant of it. I'd like to know what @SoothingDave and @Tarheel think.

The same goes for BrE. 1 and 3 are fine but 2 should be "It's those three!"
 
Yes, it strikes as poorly educated.
