1. I stand by my last statement for your reply as well.
or
2. I stand by my last statement for you're reply as well.


Isn't 1. the correct sentence?
 
Replace "you're" with "you are" and see if it makes any sense.

2. Sounds incorrect, when I replace "You're" with "You are"
Or am i wrong?

Your is correct, but the sentence isn't very clear to me.

May I most respectfully suggest that you carefully study your/your're and its/it's. I have noticed that

many people are confused about the difference. If you can truly understand the difference, it will greatly

help you write better. As a student, employee, or employer, you do not want to make a mistake with

those little words, for people will tend to lose respect for you.
