Yuanjiagang station

The following conversation was between me and a stranger who wanted to go to Yuanjiagang station. Yuanjiagang is a subway station here and so is Daping. In Chongqing, the light rail and metro are basically the same things. The only difference is that metros (subway trains) walk through the tunnels while light rail trains walk on a rail in the open air but also it can walk in a tunnel. Metros can walk only in the tunnels.

Stranger - Excuse me, how can I get to Yuanjiagang station?
Silver - You need to go to Daping station first and take the light rail from there to Yuanjiagang.
Stranger - Thank you, but how can I get to Daping?
Silver - Take the metro, Line 1.
Stranger - Thank you very much.

I need your help with some questions:

a) Do I need to add a "the" before "Yuanjiagang station" in the first sentence? And why? The name of the station is just "Yuanjiagang".
b) Is the red phrase "from there to Yuanjiagang" good?
c) Do I also need to say "from there to Yuanjiagang station"?
