Good evening, teachers! Please help me with this sentence. Both of the two following answers are correct, aren't they? If so, what is the meaning of each? Thank you very much in advance.

Example: Zedco has 10,000 employees. It's an international company.
Answer 1: Zedco, which is an international company, has 10,000 employees.
Answer 2: Zedco, which has 10,000 employees, is an international company.

I sometimes think that just the first answer is correct because we always put the second sentence in relative clauses.

I found it in a workbook which is for students in grade 9 in my country, Vietnam. And I really would like to develop a deeper understanding of this point.

They're both correct sentences. 1 emphasizes the number of employees, while giving extra information that it is international.
2 does the opposite. The main idea is that it is international.

I get it now. Thank you very much. I have one another example to which both of the two answers might be correct. I mean we can emphasize one occurrence in the past meanwhile the extra information is at present, can't we? There is no misunderstanding, is there?

EXAMPLE 2:
My house burned down last year. It is being rebuilt now.
ANSWER 1: My house, which burned down last year, is being rebuilt now.
ANSWER 2: My house, which is being rebuilt now, burned down last year.
