A bad idiom??

I'd like to know what is the meaning of "Somebody light the fuck up".
Is that a bad idiom??

You might say then:

Somebody please light the fuck up.
Come on, cheer (the fuck) up.

Or

Somebody might like to hit some veggie bowls.
