Smile About slangs~

There are a lot of slangs English and there may be some difference between Britaish one and Amercian one.I mean while the one they would use in Amercia but not in britain. Could you give some e.g?

A good example is "fag". In Britain, it's slang for "cigarette", but in America it's a very nasty word for a homosexual.
