    Default swear or curse

    Hi there,
I teach English in a school and sometimes the children swear. In this cases they have to write 15 times in a piece of paper "I won't swear at class". Is that right? would be ok "I won't curse at class"? Is it better to say "at class" or "in class"?
    Thanks

    Make them write:
The use of common swear words is neither funny nor intelligent. I will not use expletives in the classroom
Make them write it 20 times, the last as good and neat as the first. If they mess up make them write it again.

In AmE, either swear or curse is acceptable. And it should be "in class".
