I think this is American slang, but I am curious to find what ''To back one out'' or ''To jagger off'' mean. Can you help me?

Jagger off- I don't know this one. Could it be 'jack off'? If so, this means to masturbate.

But, I DON'T GET what the... could jagger off mean... It certainly is not jack off...

A jagg off also seems to be referring to a game where you imitate mick jagger, and punishible by severe consequences should you choose not to parcipate. See here...
