Default Terms for using the non-dictionary meaning of words

I am looking for terms for using words other than their dictionary meaning (not slang) for the following concepts:
1) redefining the word altogether
2) having additional stipulations (stated or unstated)
3) having a custom definition that differs from the standard understanding or connotations for the word
4) the deliberate use of a word in a way that is different from standard or dictionary use in order to deceive others as to what one really means
