You could console the relatives of the deceased by saying:" Please accept my deepest condolences".

I believe condole is in fact a word and "Please accept my deepest condolences" would be correct.

Latin condolēre, to feel another's pain : Latin com-, com- + Latin dolēre, to grieve

You might want to tell Merriam-Webster. They think it is (http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/condole).

Is it correct to say, "Thanks to all of you" ?

Re- condole condole - Definitions from Dictionary.com

We can also say when a loved one passed away... " I will see you in heaven!"
