It depends upon the context whether "Do you want to play with me?" is sexual or not.

How about you giving us some examples of the contexts in which you have met it?

I have no clue though one of them is given.

"Do you want to play with me?"
"Don't play with me."may be.
"Hey,Play with him/her."

I haven't heard 3 rd setence yet.

hahaha
You know!! I thinks I have a bit similar situation. I was calling all boys who I talk with: My boyfriend. An I thought that boyfriend means a lover and a normal friend. When my friend says to me who is he?, I just say: he is my boyfriend. After some days and when she asks me about other guy: who is he?, I say he is my boyfriend as well :D. How shameful. But now I knew that the word boyfriend means a lover.
Also, I was calling my frinds(girls) my girlfriend, so people laughed at me a lot. And a lot of them thought that I'm a ***. What a pity.
Anyway I call my lover my sacred man. Or God's angel.

Possible contexts:

The sentence means different things depending on the context.
