Default one who talks way too much?

hey, just been wondering - is there a word,
for one who talks way too much, & pretty much rubbish?
i know we have it in hebrew,
just wanted to know if theres one in english (L)

chatterbox ( this incorporates your two essential criteria: incessant talk + talking boring trivia)

'windbag' is less relevant :a person who talks at length but says little of value.

'gasbag': a person who talks too much, typically about unimportant things.

Note re 'blabbermouth' : there is the implied reference to 'talking too much' because they have obviously said 'too much' and revealed some information that should not have done. A person who talks carelessly, often telling secrets to other people.

Perhaps, talkative (but I think this word is plain and does not contain negative meaning)...
