i don't understand the meaning of " waiter service restaurant"
What's it?

Maybe it's the opposite of self-service.

Yes, it refers to any restaurant where you sit at a table and a waiter comes to take your order, then brings your food to the table.

A restaurant is either self-service (you go up to the counter, take the food you want, pay for it and then sit down) or waiter-service (as above).

Good morning, Pepycute.

(1) You may already know it, but just in case that you don't,

here in the United States, the words "waiter" and "waitress"

are not so popular as before. Persons who wait (on ) tables now

prefer to be called "servers."

Thank you.

It would be very odd to use the phrase "server-service"!! :-D
