i have some troubles with "play out" in the following sentence:The elephant in the room is how robotics will play out for human employment in the long term.

- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with a single appropriate punctuation mark.
- Always capitalise the word "I".

Did you check all the online definitions for the phrasal verb "to play out" before you made your post?

Play out
- Progress, often till it finishes
- Pretend that something is real and reduce its effect

Thanks for your reply and advice ,and I apologize for my rashness.
I have checked it in dictionaries.
But i failed to work out which should be correct in this case,either difinition A:"to perform to the end" or B:"exhaust".

Now i get it.Thanks.
It means that robic will end the employment of people.

In post #2, I pointed out that the word "I" must be capitalised at all times. You did not capitalise it in this post. Please don't forget a third time. Note that we put a space after a full stop (or a comma, question mark or exclamation mark). Be careful with your spelling before you post. The original piece gave you the correct spelling of "robotics" but then for some reason in your last post, you wrote "robic".

I can assure you that you (and we) will become very bored with constant correction of punctuation, spacing and capitalisation. Also, check your verb. Are you sure "you have help" is correct?
