Hi. I want to know the difference between "no later than" and "no later than on".
The expression "no later than on" includes a day following "no later than on"?
(ex.)
Shareholders who wish to attend the Meeting shall have entered their names in the register of shareholders maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB no later than on Thursday 6 May 2010
In this case, "no later than on" includes Thursday?
On the other hand, "no later than" does not include Thursday?
Thank you for your help.
