I am blur about the uses of ' tap into' and 'waiting to be tapped'.
Can someone please enlighten me on the uses of these two phrases? What do they actually mean?
I made three sentences using the two phrases. Did I use them correctly?
a) tap into(does it mean make use of?)
* He tapped into his own experience to solve the classroom problem.
b) waiting to be tapped(does it mean waiting to be , 'developed', 'nurtured' or 'exploited'?)
* There are so many great ideas waiting to be tapped in our organization.
* The gold mine is waiting to be tapped.
