I would like someone to confirm if we can say 'Welcome to join us in this show' to mean 'You are welcome to join us in this show'.
Also, please advise whether 'you are welcome to do sth.' can be written as 'you are welcomed to do sth.'.

We would generally say "You are welcome to join us..." The shortened version may often be seen in emails or text messages when people are trying to save space or characters. For example "Going for dinner tonight, 9pm, Pizza Hut. Welcome to join." The reader would understand this to mean, in full "We are going for dinner tonight, at 9pm, at Pizza Hut. You are welcome to join us."
It's "welcome", not "welcomed" in this context.
One question - when you say "You are welcome to join us
in this show" - do you mean that you are actually going to be performing in a show, and that you are inviting someone else to join you, to perform? If you are inviting someone to watch a show (at the theatre etc) with you, then you would say "You are welcome to join us
at the show."
