A and B are talking about a new "order entry system" and B is not conviced and says that who designed the software is an idiot.

B: "Yesterday, I lost 20 minutes worth of notes. I don't have 20

No, it's "20 minutes worth".
A: How much notes did you lose?
B: 20 minutes worth!
- that is, the amount of notes that it took twenty minutes to write.
 
Some of us die-hards would put an apostrophe after minutes:

20 minutes' worth of...
