Hello!

Can you tell me how can i write words in a table?
let it to be a phonetical table with regard to English and another language. A column for the word, a second one for the transliteration, and a third column for a second language word

I know that i should write the first column in capital letters, but is it applied to the third column also?

Again, is transiliteration written in capitals?

If by this you mean phonetic or phonemic transcription, there are no capital letters in these systems.

But I did not refer to transcription. I am referring here to transliteration:

Source language sound through target lanaguage letters. Also, I refer to the first letter of a word.

 
It's your table. Make it however you like. When you list the word in English, use regular rules of capitalization.
