How long have you been here? is correct.

I wonder if For how long have you been here? or How long have you been here for? would be OK.

Re: is this correct

The second sentence meaning is how long have you want to stay for coming, Isn't it? I am bit confusion about these sentence always I need to think twice. "For" is always for future or somethings you want. Is this right.

Your second sentence is wrong. It needs to be, "For how long have you been here?" or "How long have you been here for?"
They mean the same as your first sentence.

I meant it isn't right that "for" is only used for the future.
I don't understand your other question.

Re: is this correct

I am not likely to use "for" in either case.

Q: How long have you been here?
A1: I've been here since 1:30, so I guess about two hours now.
A2: We moved here in 2003, so I've been here for 8 years now.

Statement: I'm going to move to Boston temporarily.
Question1: Oh, really? I love Boston. How long will be there [for]? (How long will you stay.)
Question 2: Oh realy? I love Boston. What are you going there for? (For what purpose are you moving?)

I split off the posts about this unrelated question from your first thread, and then I joined them to this thread.

I also gave it a more meaningful title.

In the future, it would be helpful if you:

1) Started a new thread for new questions instead of adding to an existing thread
2) Gave your threads meaningful titles
3) Asked a question only one.

Finally, your original thread title was "What does it means" and this is incorrect grammar. When you have a form of the vert "to do" the main verb is in the main form. What does it mean, not What does it means.

The second sentence doesn't really make sense. One way to correct this would be to remove the work 'for', in which case both then have the same meaning.

If you remove "for" they are both the same sentence. This would not make for a good question. It's true though that identical sentences (with no context) mean the same thing.
