Hi. Please help me with this. It really confused me.
Which sentences are correct?

1.I made a mistake
2.It was my mistake
3.It was my fault

And is "fault" always related to "technical fault" ? Can a person has a "fault"?
For example: There's a fault in the system

I hope to hear from you soon

If you put full stops at the end, all three are correct. A person can be "at fault".

People can have faults - this usually refers to something negative about their personality.

My mother has only one fault - she is incredibly naive.
The woman I work with on Tuesdays has so many faults - she is rude, patronising, stupid and she never listens.

Thanks a lot
