Hi everybody,
could you tell me which use of the verb try is correct in the following sentence?
If you can't learn English on your own, try following/ to follow a course.

In my opinion, the right answer is the first one, because we mean "make an experiment, try to find a solution to your problem by doing that". Am I right or not?:-?

Yes, "following" is correct.
