[Grammar] Comma, lately, recently, one and two others?

Q1: "One man was shot dead and two others were wounded." In this sentence, why there is no comma(,) after and?
I thought One man and two others are different. So there must be comma(,) after and.
Like this "One man was shot dead, and two others were wounded."

Q2: Is it right to transform this sentence
"Because he was shot dea, his dictatorship is over." into "Being shot dead, his dictatorship is over."?

Q3:Could you remove "beause" below the sentence and make sentence?
"In the most recent case, two man drowned because they jumped into the river to save a friend recklessly even though they didn't know how to swim"

Q4:please check these sentences are correct.
Recently, the celebrities visited Japan for official event.
Recently the celebrities visited Japan for official event.
The celebrities visited Japan for official event recently.
The celebrities recently visited Japan for official event.
Lately, the celebrities visited Japan for official event.

I thought One man and two others are different. So there must be comma(,) after and.
Like this "One man was shot dead, and two others were wounded."
The comma is not necessary. Please start separate threads for your other questions.
