Help with phonetics

I am not a linguist but I do enjoy reading about linguistics. I am not an expert in IPA but I have studied it somewhat. I have read the articles in Wikipedia on how to do the sounds below but I still can't produce them. I hope someone can provide some help.


1. Retroflex sounds ◌̢ (e.g., ʂ)
2. Palatalized sounds ◌ ʲ (e.g., ʃ ʲ = ɕ)
 
Could you upload or link to files with you saying these sounds- it might help people see what's going on.
 
Do some tongue exercises, as described on voiceguy.ca site. It can help you develop kinesthesia. There are two kinds of retroflex consonants: sub-apicals (seen in south indian languages); apico-postalveolars (seen in north Indian ones). Same with palatals: palato-alveolars and alveo palatals.

Esp with sibilants, try to see the sublingual cavity.
