Hi,
http://moser.cm.nctu.edu.tw/docs/english_verb_inf_ing.pdf
Two -ing forms do not usually follow each other:
• I was starting to make a cake when the phone rang.
• not: I was starting making a cake. . .
My question is that is that a rule or not common with two -ing forms?
