1. Without technology, human would not have the achievements of today.
2. Without technology, human do not have the achievements of today.

Which one is better?

P.S. I think they are similar with the sentence which Obama said,
"And I wouldn't be the man I am today without the woman who agreed to marry me 20 years ago."

I. If the sentence is rewrited,
…….Without uses of technologies, many mysteries remain concealed in the world and humans would not have the achievements of today.


Is it better now?



1. Without technology, human would not have the achievements of today.
2. Without technology, human do not have the achievements of today.

Which one is better?

1. Without technology, humans would not have the achievements of today.

II. Could you tell me what the reason is? Is it because the tone of using ‘would’ is softer, less definite than ‘do’?
