Hi,
I am writing an email to someone who would like to make an appointment with me, but the time he chose is not convenient for me as I am having a class at that time. I will give him my schedule for him to take reference to.
At the end of the email, I want to say something like "I hope it will also be at your convenience if we meet at another time outside my schedule." I think it's not grammatical to say so. Could anyone help me to amend the sentence?
Thank you!
