Hello, to my mind came one question. Is this way correct to ask a question? "Do you speak English?" "Yes I do speak English" or "I do speak English"
Everything to me looks natural, but I'm still unsure and I need your help.

(I'm not an English teacher)

The question is correct: "Do you speak English?"
Natural answers are: 'Yes' or ' Yes I do' or 'Yes I do speak English' slightly less natural is 'I do speak English'

"Yes, I speak English" is another possible answer.

"I do speak English"

This isn't very natural- I use this if someone said that I didn't speak it rather than as an answer to your question. That said, it is a possible answer- a very small number of people might use it.

I would only use "I do speak [insert language]" if someone had suggested the opposite.

- Emsr2d2, how many languages do you speak?
- Four.
- What are they?
- English, French, Spanish and German.
- You don't speak German. I've never heard you.
- I do speak German! Just because you've never heard me speak it doesn't mean I don't.

Jokingly, you can admit to anything - with the implication that it is regettable - by saying 'Guilty as charged'. (I find it difficult to conceive of regretting speaking my mother tongue, but I can imagine a situation where someone -not an NS - wanted to hide a skill.)
