about the phrase "as far as"
Last week, one of my friends sent his essay to me and he wanted me to correct the essay for him. Then I came across a sentence like this:As far as how to do for us to create a Conservation-Oriented Campus in the future
I thought his intention is that the meaning of “as far as” here is similar to the phrase “as far as X is concerned” or “when it comes to”.
I know the secnond "as" can be a preposition or a conjunction.I thought the sentence is gramatically correct, however,I indeed did not know “as far as” can be used that way. Please tell me if it is right or wrong, and tell me more about this usage!
Thank U!
