Confusion regarding the use of 'as'

could you check these sentences for me

They are as much my ancestors as of any male members of my family.

She is as much my mom as yours.

The second one is OK. The first one is not.

A better title would have been 'They are as much my ancestors'.



'Thread titles should include all or part of the word/phrase being discussed.'

I have again encountered confusion while using 'as' in the following sentences-

This system is as much help to sellers as to buyers.
or
This system is as much help to sellers as is to buyers.



You are as important to me as to him.
or
You are as important to me as are to him.
