It would be a good idea to include some statement of what the reminder is referring to.

Yes, He is my supervisor. If i ask him about the whether he had discussion with our HR, I dont know How he will take that. I am little confused.

I don't think you need the whole section about "I want to send a friendly reminder ..." and I don't think you need to suggest that you're being impatient.

Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
