Hi,

A:I am the chef of this restaurant so you can not tell me what i can put on the menu and what I can not.
B:get lost!
A : As long as we are clear(then he leaves).

I can't make sense of this sentence
does it means as long as we understand each other , I am good so I will do as you say(which is get lost in this case)

and another question : is it chef of this restaurant or at this restaurant ?

Basically, yes. The chef is saying that as long as they are clear (both understand) that he will put whatever he wants on the menu, then the conversation is done.

As to your second question, I think either one is acceptable.

B is saying "get lost". The chef says "As long as we are clear" and then he leaves.

***** NOT A TEACHER *****

I am a terrible reader, but this is how I interpret that dialogue:

Mona: I am the chef at this restaurant, so you cannot give me orders regarding the menu.

Manager: Get lost!

Chef: As long as we are clear.

*****

I am 99.99% sure that when someone tells another to get lost, that means something like: I do NOT care what you say. Another similar saying is: Go jump in the lake!

The chef is embarrassed by the manager's refusal to accept her authority. Therefore, the chef pretends that the manager has agreed to let her have the final word regarding the menus. She says, "As long as we are clear," which means that I am glad that you accept my authority -- even though she knows that the manager did NOT accept her authority. She has to say something in order to avoid too much humiliation.

*****

Father: It is 10 p.m. You may not leave this house, young man. Go to your room right now!

Defiant son: Get lost! (He leaves the house.)

The embarrassed (and angry) dad yells, "As long as we are clear!"
