Hello.

Are the following dialogues grammatically correct?

-"Hey! don't talk to Jessy like that! I am not following your orders anymore, you dirty manipulator!", Ben said.

-"You're a coward Ben, Do you know that? You are a coward. You fail in everything you do. I pity you.", Jan replied.

They look OK to me except that "do" should not be capitalized. I prefer "don't" instead of "do", since "coward" is repeated.
 
"... I pity you.", Jan replied.

You doubled up on your punctuation marks there (a period and a comma fighting for the same territory around the final quotation mark). I would write:

"... I pity you," Jan replied.
