Hello everyone,
I want to propose a number of topics to be put on agenda for a meeting. I wonder which type of writing seems normal to a native speaker:

Type1:
- How to create and access an updated record of…
- How to hold joint professional workshops.
- How can we actively use… (or how to use actively…)

Type2:
- Creation of and access to an updated record of…
- Organization of joint professional workshops.
- Use of…

Type3:
- Creating and accessing to an updated record of…
- Holding joint professional workshops.
- Actively using…

I'd use 2 or 3. I don't really have a preference between those two. 1 is unnecessarily wordy.

Note that in 3, you need to remove "to" after "accessing".
