Teaching Interpretation to Vietnamese Students

Greetings from Vietnam,

I am a new member who has just found this great forum and wants to take the chance to ask for suggestions on how to teach Interpretation to Vietnamese students.

I have been struggling with the subject, everything having been quite okay but I feel that there is still room for improvement. What I do in a typical lesspn is to play some recordings either in English or Vietnamese for my students to listen and orally translate them into the other language. I am intending to set up some role-plqy activities as well, but I do not know how to do it effectively.
