b. I am/was/will be having got to do it (or) I am/was/will be having got a red car.

You can say, for example, I'm having a great time. I don't think it's possible to use to have got in any progressive tense.

When you are talking about actions (have a shower/dinner, etc), you can use the progressive. We don't use it for possession.
