The zygote divides and differentiates to produce different types of cells. This is how separate tissues, organs, and even specific cells form. In the case of hybrid dysgenesis, the P-elements start ‘jumping’ around in the genome but it doesn’t always cut and paste perfectly leading to mutations. This ‘jumping’ by the p-elements is the problem and leads to the dysfunctional offspring. There is no differentiation in the actual genome, differentiation is a term to describe a cell changing in a pre-determined way to form a new type of cell.
So differentiation is a pre-determined change in a cell, instead you could say:
Does any change/mutation in the genome happen after the zygote divides

Who wrote that text? If you wrote it yourself, why?

Why do you type <3 after some of your thread titles?

Your post doesn't include a question for us to answer. Please make it clear what it is you are asking us about.

The words from your thread title appear nowhere in the text. That makes your title irrelevant. All titles should include some/all of the words/phrases/sentences you are asking us about. Note that your question/request should not appear in the title.

I was going to edit your title for you but in doing so I would have removed the bizarre <3 that Rover has already asked you about. It means nothing (if you think it's some kind of heart emoticon, it's not).

I wrote this for a friend who live in UK as she asked me a question about something. Therefore, I needed to make sure if I am writing it in a correct way, that's why I wanted someone to check it for me. Additionally, that thing at the end of my title is not bizarre and it is indeed a heart emoticon, I just thanked a person who would help me with this in advance.

The above context should have appeared in post #1.

I have deleted Thanks <3 from your thread title.

Pease don't make your own emoticons or thank us in advance. Just click Thank after you have received a useful answer.

I don't know enough about the topic to correct your text, but I can tell you that there needs to be a punctuation mark after the last word.

I'd call the subject embryology rather than genetics, a much wider field.

Cool. I did wonder about that but wasn't interested enough to find out.
