[Grammar] A cold wind will be blowing

Does the following conversation sound natural? Could you please correct it if it doesn't?

-Did you listen to the weather forecast in tyhe morning? - I did. There'll be 5 degrees and a cold wind will be blowing.

- Did you listen to the weather forecast this morning?
- I did. It will be 5 degrees and there will be a cold wind.
 
If it's 5 degrees don't we already know the wind will be cold?

It seems more natural to me to say that it will be breezy or windy. Or to specify a wind chill or wind speed.
